The Process

Step 1: Get in Touch
Reach out to me with your pet portrait ideas! Let me know which pet you’d like drawn—whether it’s a cat, dog, horse, or something else—and specify the size you are interested in: A5, A4, A3, or larger. Please also include any images you have.
Don’t forget to mention how many animals you want in the portrait. Can’t wait to hear your ideas!

Step 2: Photos
The more detail I have, the better I can capture your pet’s likeness! To me her create the most accurate portrait possible, please follow these tips:
Natural Lighting: Try to take your photos in natural daylight for the best results.
Composition: Get down to your pet’s level and snap a front-on photo. This will help capture their true essence!
Have Fun: Don’t be afraid to let your pet’s personality shine through in the photo!
With these tips, you’ll set me up for success in creating a beautiful portrait!

Step 3: The Finer Details
Once we have agreed on an image and your size is confirmed, I will require a £100 deposit to secure your portrait a place in my waitlist along with a an expected time-frame of when your portrait will be completed and ready to be shipped/collected.
I will then let you know once I begin and I’ll ask permission to post progress along the way on my social media.
Upon completion, the remaining payment (plus any P&P) will be due and your portrait will be sent off!
*If you need your portrait by a specific date, like a loved one’s birthday, just let me know! I will always do my best to accommodate your timeline and make it happen.
UK Wide Delivery
I’m excited to offer UK-wide delivery for all pet portrait commissions! Using Royal Mail’s Special Guaranteed Tracked service, your finished artwork will be securely delivered straight to your door with full tracking.
The postage and packaging cost is £20 and will be delivered extremely well packaged in a durable postal tube.
No matter where you are in the UK, I’ll ensure your cherished portrait reaches you safely and on time!
If you would like to collect your portrait then please let me know and the postal charge will be deducted.
